We outsource our computer support and telephone system management to Quality IP to Cleveland and Florida offices. Before working with Quality IP we had four multi-state offices with independent systems. Now they are all integrated and work collectively. Quality IP implemented a new voice netword to eliminate our inner office long distance calls and created a net monthly savings. We are very pleased to have Quality IP as our outsourced IT department. They are incredibly responsive and easy to work with.

Quality IP has done an excellent job for Lambert Buick. We use them to fix computers, fix printers, manage telecommunications and support our end users with all technology questions. They are very pro-active in their work, and the staff there is extremely responsive to our needs.
